  1. I have found myself handwriting many of the recipes that I would & havemade. Wouldn't it be nice to have a copy of this magazine!
    Since I have started eating more Mediterranean I have lost almost 10 lbs, but more importantly, it really has become my new "way of eating" I have cut out alot of the starches, breads, donuts, muffins etc. I no longer crave these types of food.
